Déborah Ibarra has developed her legal expertise in the areas of planning, consulting and preparation of strategies in commercial and corporate matters, review and preparation of contracts, commercial litigation, corporate secretary of companies, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investigations. She is a founder and partner at Consultoria Legal IBARZAH and Of Counsel in PA Law Group.

The attorney Ibarra worked as a Lawyer at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., providing legal advice on corporate law matters. She carried out the preparation, study and analysis of all kinds of corporate instruments. Incorporation of companies and associations, preparation of bylaws, assembly minutes and updating of corporate books. She participated as an Advisor in the Chamber of Deputies of the Congress of the Union, providing legal advice on legal and parliamentary aspects.
