Simon Purnell has been trying cases since graduating from law school in Houston, Texas. He is a litigator with vast experience in complex criminal and civil litigation at state and federal levels, beginning his legal career as a prosecutor at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas.

Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico and having lived, studied and worked in the United States, Carlos is a fluent English speaker. He graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM Campus Monterrey) and received his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2002.

Manuel G. Ayala

Manuel G. Ayala Garza is a Lawyer with extensive experience in the academic, judicial banking and electoral field. Mr. Ayala also served as the Chief Judge of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal for the State of Nuevo Leon between October 2014 and September 2017. Prior to that he also served as a member of the board of the Nuevo Leon State Electoral Commission, between August 2012 and September 2014.
